State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

Wisconsin's New Medigap Part D and Prescription Drug Helpline

The Wisconsin Board on Aging and Long Term Care launched a Medigap Part D and Prescription Drug Helpline. The helpline provides assistance to persons 60 years old and over with questions about prescription drug insurance, SeniorCare, and Medicare Part D.

The hotline number is 1-855-67 PART D (1-855-677-2783). Other Medicare and insurance questions may be answered at the Medigap Helpline at 1-800-242-1060.

The helplines are open Monday through Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM.
