Bill and Evelyn Doering of Muskego celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary June 21, 2011, with a dinner with their children.
The couple, residents of the Muskego Regency, also had a get-together June 19, Father's Day, with 36 family members, including their grandchildren, great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Family members were asked to donate to the Muskego Food Pantry in lieu of gifts. The couple collected $190 in cash and two boxes and four bags of food, and they also donated $70 to mark their milestone.
