Kristin Dieter and Timothy Mihlsimmer of Muskego were married May 8, 2010, at St. Leonard Catholic Church in Muskego.

Parents of the bride are Sandra and Kenneth Dieter of Muskego.

Parents of the groom are Julie and Donald Mihlsimmer of Muskego.

The Rev. Bill Kohler officiated the 1:30 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Oak Creek Community Center.

The bride wore a strapless, fitted dress. She carried a bouquet of white roses, peonies and apple blossoms.

Matron of honor was Kandice Bozora of Muskego, sister of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Laura Mihlsimmer of Muskego and Kelly Kussman of Carmel, Ind.

Best man was David Mihlsimmer of Muskego, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Matthew Hintz of Waukesha and Matthew Bozora of Muskego.

The bride, a 2002 graduate of Muskego High School, earned her bachelor's degree in early childhood special education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

She is an early childhood teacher for the Cudahy School District.

The groom, also a 2002 graduate of Muskego High School, earned his associate degree in golf course management from Southwest Technical College.

He is an assistant golf professional at Westmoor Country Club.

The groom proposed on the bride's birthday, with the ring hidden under a birthday hat on top of her birthday cake.

They reside in Franklin.
