1A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving after a report of a speeding and reckless driver on Lake Drive at Brown Deer Road at 10:12 p.m. Oct. 5. He failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol content of 0.13.
2A purse and contents including $50 cash was taken from an unlocked car in the 8900 block of North Tennyson Drive overnight Oct. 6 or 7. The owner had left her purse in the car while unloading packages and forgot to take it inside.
3A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a suspended license and expired registration in the 9300 block of North Port Washington Road at 3:40 a.m. Oct. 13. He failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.09.
4A jewelry box and two decorative rugs, value not available, were taken from the 8600 block of North 66th Street sometime Aug. 29 to Sept. 19 and reported Oct. 1.
5A cellphone valued at $100 was taken from the boys locker room during football practice at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., on Sept. 30 and reported Oct. 2.

7A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 3800 block of West Brown Deer Road at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 2. He said he had three beers but didn't feel he was intoxicated. His blood alcohol content was 0.11.
8A boy, age and residence not released, was cited for disorderly conduct after he yelled profanities at a teacher while in class at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., about noon Oct. 2.
9A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for theft of an electronic tablet valued at $400 taken from a classroom at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 2. The boy admitted taking the tablet, which was found in his locker, but said he just "borrowed it" and meant to return it.
10A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, with a prior conviction, after he lost control of his car and crashed in a yard in the 4700 block of West Fountain Avenue at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 3. He said he crashed because his wheels locked up and not because of drinking. The man, who admitted smoking marijuana earlier, was taken to a hospital for treatment and a blood draw. A female passenger not yet 21, residence not released, was arrested for underage drinking. Her preliminary BAC was 0.108.
11A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested Oct. 4 for theft of a cellphone valued at $250 and obstruction for giving false information at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th St., on Oct 3. Even though the boy taking the phone was caught on surveillance video, he continued to deny it first saying the victim lost it and then saying he might have taken it but he gave it back.
12Tools and a sound system valued at more than $3,400 were taken from an unlocked truck in the 8900 block of North Park Plaza Court on Oct. 3 or 4.
13A cellphone valued at $200 and $25 cash were taken from a women's locker at the YMCA, 9250 N. Green Bay Road, between 1 and 2 p.m. Oct. 6. After the theft was discovered, her husband received a text message telling him where the phone could be found.
14A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, battery to an officer and speeding upwards of 80 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 8300 block of North Port Washington Road at 2:45 a.m. Oct. 3. The man turned off his lights when he saw the squad car and sped away to Doctors Park, 8400 E. Fox Lane, hitting a tree and then fleeing. After being arrested, the man kicked an officer in the stomach causing injury. He had a preliminary BAC of 0.162 and a warrant was issued for a blood draw.
15A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and refusal to take a breath test after he was seen driving erratically and then driving toward a squad car in the 8400 block of North Fox Croft Lane at 1:50 a.m. Oct. 5. He told an officer he didn't mean to aim at the squad car but he was lost and not paying attention.
16A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for driving a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, obstruction and a curfew violation in the 7500 block of North Port Washington Road at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 6. The boy had taken a 1993 Honda motorcycle without permission and when he saw a squad car, dumped the cycle into some bushes and fled. He said he had been allowed to ride the cycle in the past but this time just took it. He also said he ran from police because he didn't have a license.
17A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and refusal to take a breath test after a report of a car off the road in the 100 block of East Mall Road at 4:40 a.m. Oct. 6. The man was found unconscious in his car and when he was awakened told police his daughter had driven the car. When asked how old she was and where she was, he said she was 12 and was at home sleeping. His preliminary BAC was 0.167.

18A Shorewood man, age not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct after being verbally abusive to an apartment manager in the 1800 block of East Kenmore Place at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 4. A police report states the man was intoxicated.
19A 2 x 6-foot glass window was broken at Goldi's, 4114 N. Oakland Ave., sometime Oct. 4 to 7 and reported Oct. 9. Damage was $250.
20A boy, age and residence not released, was arrested for disorderly conduct and underage drinking after a report of a him walking near Capitol Drive and Morris Boulevard at 12:20 a.m. Oct. 6. He was turned over to a parent.
21Two males, ages and residences not released, were arrested for loitering after being found in an abandoned building in the 3900 block of North Sherburn Place at 4 p.m. Oct. 8. The males, who said they were homeless, were evicted from the building.
22Two Shorewood men, ages not released, were arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a noise complaint in the 1400 block of East Elmdale Court at 11 p.m. Oct. 9. Police had been called to that residence about 10 p.m. and at that time, one of the men was warned. Another noise complaint was called in and this time the men were cited.
23A bicycle valued at $500 and two firearms, a shotgun and a .22-caliber rifle with a total value of $500 were taken from a locked vehicle in the 3500 block of North Lake Drive on Oct. 8 or 9.
24A gold watch and a 18-inch gold necklace valued at $1,600 were taken from the 1000 block of East Courtland Place sometime Sept. 16 to 28 and reported Oct. 7. There were eight workers in the home during that time and the case is under investigation.
25A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, possession of 2.5 grams of cocaine and speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone in the 4700 block of North Wilson Drive at 2:36 a.m. Oct. 9. His BAC was 0.10. A female passenger, age and residence not released, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
26A female, age and residence not released, was arrested Oct. 11 for theft from her employer Sweet Frog, 404 E. Silver Spring Drive, sometime Oct. 10. The owner reported money missing from a safe Oct. 10 and the female admitted the theft the next day.
27A desk computer, a digital media player, jewelry and large number of coins, value not available, were taken from the 5200 block of North Shoreland Avenue between 5:30 and 8:15 p.m. Oct. 10. A side window was pried open to gain entry.
28Three cars were scratched all on the passenger's side causing $1,000 damage to each car in the 900 block of East Lancaster Avenue overnight Oct. 10 or 11.
29A man, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving, with two prior convictions, improper display of license plates and speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone near the 1000 block of East Hampton Road at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 11. His BAC was 0.10.
30 A male, age and residence not released, was arrested for drunken driving and speeding 45 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 300 block of East Hampton Road at 12:10 a.m. Oct. 13. The male had a BAC of 0.12.
