Vote for Serdynski for School Board
Public Forum:
On Tuesday, April 7, all of Muskego will have the opportunity to vote to fill the School Board seat vacated by Mark Waltz. Of the new incoming candidates vying for that empty seat, Mike Serdynski is the best choice.
With the proposed changes in state law that may affect school budget controls and the increases in many other taxes, the need for a local board that has a fiscal monitoring mind-set is more important than ever. Mike will not forget about the taxpaying citizens and businesses.
Having two young children of his own, he knows the value of quality education opportunities. Mike will listen to all sides of a situation and then apply a commonsense approach to all of the decisions he has to make. District financial choices will be made using cost-benefit analysis while always keeping the best interest of all taxpayers, students and district operations in mind.
His attendance at School Board meetings puts him ahead of the curve in learning the workings of the district. Additionally, his involvement in the past 4-year-old kindergarten study team and his willingness, as a citizen, to openly express his opinion to not implement that program based on conflicting studies dealing with long-term educational value verses long-term costs, puts him head and shoulders ahead of all the other new candidates.
Mike Serdynski is ready to step up, roll up his sleeves and get to work with the other board members, superintendent and the entire community. Join me in voting for Mike.
