Police Report: Nov. 2
BURGLARY
• A bow and arrow set, global positioning system, and a rotary hammer with a total value of $850 were reported taken out of a garage in the West 15200 block of Garden Terrace overnight Oct. 24-25.
THEFT
• A black leather bag containing $80 cash and a remote access computer device valued at $400 was reported taken out of a vehicle parked in the South 6400 block of Glenbrook Drive on Oct. 25.
ASSAULT
• A 39-year-old Muskego man was arrested for disorderly conduct after reportedly threatening and shoving his 24-year-old girlfriend in the South 7200 block of Lannon Drive on Oct. 28. The two engaged in an argument over loud music at the residence, and the man repeatedly shoved the girl in the chest before fleeing to a local bar.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
• A 33-year-old East Troy man was arrested for drunken driving near Moorland and Woods roads at 2:03 a.m. Oct. 25. He had a blood-alcohol content of 0.09.
• A 48-year-old Muskego man was arrested for his third drunken-driving offense in the West 14500 block of Janesville Road at 11:11 p.m. Oct. 26. He had a preliminary BAC of 0.16 and later submitted to a blood test.
• A 23-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving in the South 9900 block of Racine Avenue at 12:08 a.m. Oct. 29. He had a BAC of 0.24.
• A 36-year-old Franklin woman was arrested for drunken driving near Woods Road and Lannon Drive at 9:17 p.m. Oct. 29. She had a BAC of 0.18.
• A 41-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving near Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive at 12:27 a.m. Oct. 31. He had a BAC of 0.12.
• A 40-year-old Franklin man was arrested for drunken driving near Janesville and Moorland roads at 5:50 p.m. Oct. 31 after striking a traffic signal pole. He had a BAC of 0.14.
• A 73-year-old Wind Lake woman was arrested for drunken driving near Woods Road and Baylane Drive at 6:16 p.m. Nov. 1. She had a BAC of 0.14.
ACCIDENTS
• A Time Warner Cable box and a mailbox were struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run accident in the South 6700 block of Hillendale Drive overnight Oct. 22-23. Replacing the box and its contents will cost an estimated $8,000.
VANDALISM
• A vehicle was reportedly keyed in the Pick 'n Save parking lot,W17005 Janesville Road, on Oct. 23, causing $1,000 in damage.
• Rocks were thrown through both windows of a truck parked at the Durham Hill Nursery,W12707 Loomis Drive, overnight Oct. 28-29, causing $600 of damage.
OTHER
• A 40-year-old East Troy woman was arrested for trespassing after entering her ex-husband's residence in the South 8600 block of Brooke Lane on Oct. 20. She was let into the residence by her 11-year-old son and picked up kid's clothing and games from the house.
• A 21-year-old Muskego man reported a case of fraud after losing $1,670 in a Craigslist transaction Oct. 20. The man sold a motorcycle on the site for $2,630 and received a check for $4,300. He wired the difference back to the man but the original check turned out to be fraudulent. Police are still investigating.
• A 31-year-old Muskego woman reported a case of fraud after sending two wire transfers totaling $7,420 to Nigeria for a man she met through an online dating site Oct. 28. According to her report, the two had exchanged photos and messages for months and she thought they were going to get married. The man claimed he worked for the FBI and needed money for a trip to Nigeria, and she wired the money through Western Union. She was later contacted by a man claiming to be her boyfriend's representative, stating that the man and his two kids had died in an automobile accident and that she would not be getting her money back.
