Police Report: Nov. 9

THEFT

• A 25-year-old Muskego man was arrested for fraudulently using his younger brother's credit card for purchases totaling more than $1,200 on Oct. 27. His 22-year-old brother left his card at home in the West 15200 block of Woods Road before leaving for a trip and returned to the charges. The man admitted to stealing the card and using it without authorization.

ASSAULT

• An 18-year-old Muskego man was arrested after punching his mother in the face following an argument Nov. 8. His mother reportedly asked him to get off of the computer so his 7-year-old sister could use it, and he refused. An argument ensued and he shoved his mother away, prompting her to call police. She later grabbed him by the hood of his sweatshirt and was struck twice in the face.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

• A 29-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving after being found sleeping in his car stuck in a ditch near Crowbar Drive and Janesville Road at 3:47 a.m. Nov. 1. He had a blood-alcohol content of 0.17.

• A 31-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving after he crashed his car into a light pole and fled the scene of the accident near Janesville Road and Lions Park Drive on Nov. 5. A witness saw him strike the pole and park briefly in an apartment complex lot where his license plate number was obtained. He was later arrested at his apartment in the West 18000 block of Lions Park Drive. His BAC was 0.25.

• A 59-year-old Oconomowoc man was arrested for drunken driving near College Avenue and Janesville Road at 11:47 p.m. Nov. 6 following a traffic stop. The man had a BAC of 0.15 and was later brought to the Waukesha Mental Health Center after lunging at an officer's duty belt and asking for his firearm to harm himself.

• A 56-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving near Racine Avenue and Janesville Road at 5:43 p.m. Nov. 8. He had a BAC of 0.13.
