Police Report: Nov. 20

Editor's note: Because of the holiday, police reports were gathered on Nov. 20.

BURGLARY

• A digital camera and jewelry with a total value of $2,200 were reported taken from a residence in the West 20000 block of North Shore Lane sometime between Oct. 14 to Nov. 12. Police suspect a 27-year-old Wind Lake man who often raked leaves for the homeowners and had been in the house on several occasions.

• A backpack, radar detector, and digital media device with a total value of $400 were taken out of vehicles parked in a garage in the West 17500 block of Rossmar Drive prior to 8 a.m. Nov. 7.

• A laptop computer and $1,600 cash were taken from a residence in the South 6400 block of Hawthorne Road Nov. 10. A man wearing dark clothes and a ski mask was spotted by one of the homeowners in the backyard of the residence, and fled upon being spotted. Police recovered the laptop damaged in the yard, but the currency is still missing.

THEFT

• An air compressor valued at $400 was taken from the garage of a residence in the West 14000 block of Groveway Lane on Nov. 6.

• Several signs, valued at $500, for Mug-Z's Pub, S7060 Hillendale Drive, were taken Nov. 9.

• More than $1,000 in coins and currency were taken from a residence in the West 18000 block of Ruby Drive on Nov. 9. The coins were kept in the master bedroom, and several people within the residence had access to the room. There was no sign of forced entry.

• Dress shirts valued at $640 were taken out of an unlocked vehicle in the South 7000 block of Southern Drive overnight Nov. 12-13.

• A snowblower valued at $100 was taken from a residence in the 18000 block of School Drive overnight Nov. 16-17. The snowblower was in the yard for sale, and was chained to another snowblower.

OTHER

• Two Muskego boys are suspected in an arson at the Boxhorn Gun Club, W13960 Boxhorn Drive, at 4 a.m. Nov. 14. The boys, ages 14 and 19, allegedly set the vinyl seats on an old bus parked on the lot on fire and admitted it to a friend, who later told police.
