Police Report: Dec. 21

BURGLARY

• Jewelry and coins valued at more than $1,000 were taken from a residence in the West 18000 block of Parker Drive prior to 6 p.m. Dec. 8.

• Two firearms valued at $450 were taken from a residence in the South 8000 block of Denice Court prior to 7 p.m. Dec. 9. The front door was unlocked.

ASSAULT

• A 27-year-old Muskego man was arrested after getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend during a ride home from a basketball game Dec. 16. Police found his girlfriend, a 29-year-old Milwaukee woman, near Woods Road and Sky Lark Lane claiming she had been pushed out of her boyfriend's moving vehicle. She was also bleeding and claimed that the man hit her in the face. He stated that she was upset that he didn't want to spend the night with her and caused the damage to herself to get him into trouble. The man was arrested for endangering safety. Police are still investigating.

DRUG POSSESSION

• A 19-year-old Muskego man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a pipe and marijuana residue in the man's bedroom in the West 16000 block of Gregory Drive on Dec. 11. The man's father found the pipe and notified police, leading to the arrest.

• A 44-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a pipe in his car in the South 8000 block of Racine Avenue on Dec. 14. The man was pulled over for driving with a revoked license, and officers recovered the pipe after a search.

• A 22-year-old Muskego man was arrested after police found a pipe, scale and lighter in his vehicle after it had gotten stuck in a ditch near Sherwood Circle and Poes Place at 1:19 p.m. Dec. 18.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

• A 23-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving after striking a road sign and getting his vehicle stuck in a ditch in the West 18000 block of Woods Road at 12:15 a.m. Dec. 19. He had a blood-alcohol content of 0.18.

ACCIDENTS

• A 39-year-old Muskego woman was the victim of a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of Pick 'n Save, W17005 Janesville Road, on Dec. 13 when another vehicle backed into her parked car. There is no damage estimate and no suspects.

OTHER

• An 18-year-old Muskego man was cited for throwing and striking another vehicle with an orange on Janesville Road on Dec. 5.

• A 30-year-old Muskego woman was cited after her golden retriever bit another dog walking by in front of their residence in the South 6000 block of Catalina Drive on Dec. 16. The dog was not leashed and bit a beagle on the hind leg as its owner and the beagle walked past the residence.
