BURGLARY
• Cash totaling $120 and 22 oxycodone pills were taken out of a residence in the West 20700 block of Kelsey Drive on Feb. 22. The garage and interior door of the residence were left unlocked.
THEFT
• A 62-year-old Geneva, Ill., woman reported a case of identity theft after two unauthorized withdrawals were made from her Chase Bank account, including a $4,500 withdrawal from the Muskego location at 15612 W. Janesville Road on Feb. 24. A check endorsement was forged in both cases, with the money being immediately withdrawn thereafter. The woman was a victim of a pickpocket in December and the suspect was able to produce proper identification for both transactions.
• A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested after taking a class ring and two credit cards from a residence in the West 18400 block of Dean Court on Mar. 1. She was found with the ring, credit cards and other jewelry as she attempted to sell items at Robert Haack Diamonds, 7530 W. Layton Ave., Greenfield, and was taken into custody.
DRUNKEN DRIVING
• A 47-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving and drug paraphernalia possession after driving his car into a ditch near Martin and Lannon drives at 11:08 p.m. Feb. 28. Police found the man at his residence in the South 7000 block of Parkland Drive where he was bleeding and smelled of alcohol. A pipe was found in his car, and he later submitted to a blood test.
• A 40-year-old Big Bend man was arrested for drunken driving near College Avenue and Sunnyslope Road at 7:15 p.m. March 4 after police found his car in a ditch. He had a blood-alcohol content of 0.20.
DRUG POSSESSION
• A 17-year-old Muskego boy was arrested for drug paraphernalia possession after police found a pipe on him as he returned from a wooded area near Muskego High School, S8750 Racine Ave., at 7 a.m. Feb. 23.
• A 56-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drug possession after police found 0.3 grams of marijuana and a pipe in his vehicle in the South 7800 block of Racine Avenue at 11:54 p.m. March 3.
OTHER
• Police are investigating a potential fraud case after a 63-year-old Muskego man and several of his friends wrote checks in February to a 45-year-old Collbran, Colo., man to arrange an elk hunting trip on land his company owns. The trip was to be brokered through the Louisiana Purchase Ranch Outfitters, but the 45-year-old subsequently left the company and cashed the checks, totaling more than $10,000, to his new company, Cache Creek Outfitters. The owner of Louisiana Purchase Outfitters has no record of the transaction and no trip plans were ever secured. Police have been unable to contact the 45-year-old man.
• A 20-year-old Muskego man was arrested for trespassing at his 61-year-old father's apartment in the West 16900 block of Gregory Drive on Feb. 25. His father, who no longer allows his son in his apartment, saw him in the parking lot of his apartment building as he went to work on Feb. 25 and called police suspecting the trespassing. Following his arrest, police seized several items, including cell phones and a toolbox that had been taken out of a vehicle in the same block the night before.
