Muskego players help

soccer team claim crown

Muskego - Aleksandar Prpa, Stefan Rokvic, Antonio Amaya and Andrija Novakovich, all of Muskego, played on the United FC boys soccer team out of Kenosha that repeated at US Youth State champions this season.

The team, comprised of some of the top 14- and 15-year-old players in southeastern Wisconsin, now heads to the regional championship in Saginaw, Mich.

The squad was coached by Milan Rokvic, also of Muskego.

Also, the U-13 United FC boys team won its state championship and will compete in the regional tournament. That group includes Dejan Rokvic, also of Muskego.

Former Milwaukee Brewers set Gantner-August Baseball camp

Menomonee Falls - The 11th annual Menomonee Falls Baseball Camp is set for July 16-19 at the Menomonee Falls Little League Complex.

The camp is run by former Milwaukee Brewers Don August and Jim Gantner and is from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the four days.

Ages 8-12 are on the lower fields and ages 13 and older are on the upper fields.
