The bathroom features a new vanity, toilet, and tile floor, while the den and dining room carpet was replaced with hardwood floors. The front foyer received new tile flooring and the staircase to the second floor was updated with new spindles and railing.

JDJ Builders, Inc.: Indoor Pool Room Addition • S71 W17665 Lake Dr., Muskego
This 2,700 square foot addition features an indoor swimming pool. The space includes a bar room, toilet room, open shower, and a utility room for a washing machine and dryer. The upper part of the addition has an expansive bedroom with a large walk-in closet.

An added attraction for the 2012 Spring Showcase is an opportunity to win a bathroom makeover from the Kohler Co., which will include a Tresham toilet and 24-inch pedestal sink along with a Kelston widespread faucet and toilet tissue holder, a value of more than $1,000.
