Franklin 6th graders are state champs!

April 30, 2012

The Franklin Sabers 6th grade boys basketball team capped off a championship season by winning the division one 2012 Wisconsin State Invitational Tournament! The Sabers went 7 - 0 over the weekend and defeated Madison East 57 - 48 to claim the title. Three Sabers were named to the All Tournament Team. They were Max Alba, Ryley Clark and John Diener.

Franklin's team members are Max Alba, Nolan Atkinson, Nick Cheung, Ryley Clark, John Diener, Brett Grulkowski, Cade Heder, Nathan Hosp, Trevor Shohoney, & Ajeney Soni. Tom Diener is the head coach and assistants include Ben Alba, Stan Atkinson & Steve Shohoney.
