Tudor Oaks Redevelopment Begins

Jan. 29, 2010 | 0 comments

This is the day we have been waiting for” was echoed as the residents of Tudor Oaks met to celebrate the start of the redevelopment of the community with a champagne toast. Virtual plans and renderings will now become a reality. The first of the rejuvenated areas are scheduled for completion early this fall and will include Senior Apartments and the Community Square updates. The new space will offer a Wellness Center with cardio equipment and aquatic pools, a fine dining restaurant and a separate casual café, a theater, library, greenhouse and much more. Although the campus will be completely renovated, the quality and service that you have come to expect from Tudor Oaks will remain. Residents will continue to enjoy the Classic Senior Style of Tudor Oaks.

When visiting the campus take note of the construction signage for directions. A temporary Main Entrance is now located on the south side of the community in the F Wing. To tour the new Contemporary Model Apartments and learn about the Redevelopment Plans follow the signs to the Sales Office and enter under the green canopy.
