Callen Construction Wins All Three 2009 Master Elite™ Excellence Awards
Callen Construction, Inc., a family-owned and award-winning home improvement and remodeling contractor operating since 1986, was recently awarded 2009 Master Elite™ Excellence Awards from GAF-Elk. Callen Construction is one of only 31 contractors in the country to receive all three of the awards offered.
These roofing industry awards, given out by North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, recognize dedication to quality roof system installations, commitment to continuous improvement, and superior customer service. Callen Construction was carefully pre-screened by GAF-Elk before joining the two percent of roofing contractors in the country who have earned the status of factory-certified Master Elite Contractor.
Callen Construction received the Consumer Protection Excellence Award, which recognizes a company’s dedication to helping consumers better understand their roofing options, and helping the consumer make educated roofing decisions. The company was also honored with the Training Excellence Award, which required Callen Construction to prove its commitment to training and continuous improvement. The company did so by exceeding the minimum requirement of 10 employees who passed the Pro Field Guide test or attended a 2009 CARE (Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence) seminar.
Finally, Callen Construction received the Installation Excellence Award, which recognizes companies that consistently install with a high level of quality. This was done by exceeding the minimum requirement of 15 Golden Pledge™ Ltd. Warranty jobs that receive a perfect score of 10 during 2009. Callen Construction was also required to have a clean record – with no installation complaints – and to follow up on punch list items.

Capitol Dr., in Brookfield.
